Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds may be considered only if the service has not been initiated, delivered, or significantly progressed.
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed or delivered services
- Custom development work
- Domain registration and hosting services
- Third-party service charges (payment gateway, APIs, etc.)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back through the original payment method.
Clients may request cancellation before the project starts. Once the project has begun, partial or full cancellation may not be eligible for a refund depending on the work completed.
